I was recently making a research about some domains that are no longer in use, but still getting much traffics from the old contents and i cam across this domain “Incabizgrowth.com”. At first i thought it was a business growth website, but when i start looking at the available domain information, like i did with Okayuj.co.uk i notice something interesting.
I noticed that the domain has an original creation date of April 18, 2017. At the same time, available domain data shows an updated date of January 31, 2026.
You know what means! The domain is an old domain but was expired and later reregistered by the current user.
The question now is Was it always used for the same purpose?
Offcourse no. I decided to look at Incabizgrowth.com from both a domain history and an SEO perspective. And here is an important lesson here for anybody buying, rebuilding, or trying to rank an old domain.
My Quick Finding on Incabizgrowth.com
The following are my findings based on the publicly available informations, Incabizgrowth.com is not a newly created domain. And the purpose of the domain is no longer the same, just like what we did with Okayuj.co.uk.
Here are my findings:
| Domain Information | Available Record |
|---|---|
| Domain | incabizgrowth.com |
| Original creation date | April 18, 2017 |
| Updated date | January 31, 2026 |
| Listed expiry date in the report reviewed | April 18, 2026 |
| Current homepage title | Homepage – Inca Biz Growth |
The same report also recorded a number of technical and on-page SEO observations, including a 66/100 site score, a missing meta description at the time of its scan, and a homepage containing a large number of headings and articles across unrelated topics.

What Is Incabizgrowth.com?
At the time of my review, Incabizgrowth.com is originally business business growth website with the name Inca Biz Growth.
But is currently being used as a multi-category online publication covering: Travel ,Business,Health,Technology,Finance, Education,Lifestyle and Fashion
For example, the website’s health category contains articles on topics ranging from healthcare and anatomy to consumer brands and wellness-related subjects.
The name “Inca Biz Growth” suggests a focused business-oriented brand. But the content footprint appears much broader. That creates what I call a topical identity problem.

The Website Name and the Website Content Do Not Completely Tell the Same Story
This does not mean a website cannot cover multiple subjects. There are successful general-interest publications that write about many topics.
But there has to be a clear editorial structure. When I land on a domain with a name that strongly suggests business growth, I naturally expect content such as:
- Business strategy
- Entrepreneurship
- Marketing
- Sales
- Finance
- Startup growth
- Digital marketing
Instead, the current content mix appears to jump between very different industries and search topics.
From an SEO point of view, that matters. Google needs context.
Readers also need context. If your website is about everything, it can become difficult for both search engines and users to understand what you are actually an authority on. That is one of the first areas I would investigate if I were rebuilding Incabizgrowth.com.
When Was Incabizgrowth.com Originally Created?
The available domain information I reviewed lists April 18, 2017 as the original creation date of Incabizgrowth.com.
That means the domain name has a history stretching back almost a decade. But here is where many people get domain history completely wrong.
An Old Domain Does Not Automatically Mean an Old Website
Let me explain this in a simple way. Imagine that I register a domain in 2017.
I build a website on it. A few years later, I abandon the website.
The domain could then:
- Be renewed.
- Be transferred.
- Be sold.
- Change hosting companies.
- Change nameservers.
- Get a completely new website.
- Be used for a completely different niche.
Yet the domain can still retain its original 2017 creation date.
So when you see that Incabizgrowth.com was created on April 18, 2017, the only thing you can confidently say from that date alone is:
The domain’s registration history goes back to April 18, 2017.
You cannot automatically say: “The current website has existed since 2017.” Those are two completely different things.
Was Incabizgrowth.com Rebuilt in 2026?
The domain’s recent update, combined with the current content structure, can make someone curious about whether the domain has recently gone through a significant change.
But curiosity is not evidence. And that distinction is important.
A proper domain investigation should look at three different timelines.
1. Domain Registration History
This includes:
- Original creation date.
- Expiration dates.
- Updated dates.
- Registrar changes.
- Nameserver changes.
- Historical WHOIS or RDAP records.
2. Website History
This includes:
- What the website looked like in previous years.
- What niche it covered.
- Who appeared to operate it.
- Whether the content changed completely.
- Whether the website disappeared for a period.
3. SEO History
This includes:
- Historical backlinks.
- Referring domains.
- Previous ranking keywords.
- Indexed pages.
- Possible spam history.
- Topic relevance.
This is exactly why rebuilding an old domain requires more than simply buying the domain and publishing 100 articles. You need to understand what you inherited.
My SEO Review of Incabizgrowth.com
The available SEO report gives us a useful snapshot of some of the issues affecting the website.
At the time the report was crawled, it identified:
- A homepage title of “Homepage – Inca Biz Growth.”
- No meta description detected.
- A large number of headings.
- Content from multiple unrelated topics.
- An XML sitemap.
- A robots.txt file.
- A reported desktop performance score of 97/100.
- A reported mobile performance score of 77/100.
The report also assigned an overall score of 66/100 based on its own testing methodology.
Now, I would not treat one third-party SEO score as Google’s opinion of a website.
Google does not rank websites because a random SEO checker gives them 90/100.
However, the report does highlight real areas worth examining.
Does the Age of Incabizgrowth.com Give It an SEO Advantage?
This is another area where people often misunderstand SEO. The domain was created in 2017.
Does that mean Google should rank it because it is old?
No.
Domain age by itself is not a shortcut to page one. What matters is what happened during those years.
I would rather have:
- A relevant five-year-old domain.
- With strong content.
- Relevant backlinks.
- A clean history.
- A clear brand.
- Real users.
Than a 15-year-old domain with:
- Spam backlinks.
- Random content.
- No topical focus.
- Hundreds of low-quality pages.
The real value of an old domain is not simply its age. The value may come from its history.
The only way it will give the current owner seo value is recreating the same contents that was previously published and still getting traffics. If the purpose of the website keep changing people will keep baouncing off and that is a bad signal for Google ranking.
The SEO Value of an Old Domain Depends on What It Inherited
When I investigate an old domain, I look at questions such as:
Does the Domain Have Real Backlinks?
Not all backlinks are valuable.
A domain could have 10,000 backlinks and still have very little real authority.
I want to know:
- Who is linking?
- Why are they linking?
- Are the links relevant?
- Are they editorial?
- Are they spam?
Does the Domain Have a Relevant History?
If Incabizgrowth.com previously focused on business and is rebuilt as a business publication, that can create a more logical continuity.
But if it previously focused on one completely unrelated topic and is suddenly turned into something else, the strategy requires more careful planning.
Does the Domain Have a Spam History?
Before rebuilding any old domain, I would investigate:
- Spammy backlinks.
- Previous redirects.
- Thin content.
- Mass-generated pages.
- Possible hacked content.
- Manipulative link-building patterns.
This is where many people make expensive mistakes.
They see:
“Domain created in 2017.”
Then they immediately think:
“Wow! Powerful aged domain!”
No. You have not finished the investigation. You have only started it.
What I Would Do If I Were Rebuilding Incabizgrowth.com
If Incabizgrowth.com came to me for a complete rebuild, I would not start by publishing articles.
I would start with an SEO investigation.
Step One: Audit the Entire Website
I would identify:
- All indexed pages.
- Low-quality pages.
- Duplicate topics.
- Thin content.
- Broken pages.
- Redirect problems.
- Orphan pages.
- Internal linking gaps.
SmartSEO’s own technical SEO approach focuses on examining site architecture, crawl issues, speed and indexability before treating content as the only SEO problem.
This is important because sometimes a website does not have a ranking problem.
It has a foundation problem.
Step Two: Investigate the Historical Domain
Before touching the content, I would investigate:
- Old versions of the website.
- Historical topics.
- Previous branding.
- Backlink history.
- Referring domains.
- Historical redirects.
- Possible ownership changes where publicly verifiable.
This helps answer one important question:
What SEO equity is worth preserving?
If an old page has strong, relevant backlinks, deleting it without thinking could be a mistake. If an old page has zero value and no relevance, keeping it forever may also be a mistake.
This is where experience matters.
Step Three: Decide What the Website Should Become
I would choose a clear topical direction.
Not 20 directions. One core identity.
For example:
Incabizgrowth.com becomes a publication focused on helping businesses grow through marketing, technology, finance and practical business strategy.
Once the identity is clear, everything becomes easier.
You can build:
- Category pages.
- Topic clusters.
- Pillar content.
- Supporting articles.
- Internal linking systems.
SmartSEO describes its own content strategy as building content maps, publishing and improving content, and creating internal linking systems rather than treating articles as isolated pages.
That is the approach I would use.
Step Four: Build a Content Cluster Instead of Random Articles
This is where many websites fail. They find 500 keywords. Then they publish 500 unrelated articles.
That is not a strategy. If the main topic is business growth, I would build something like this:
Pillar: How to Grow a Small Business
Supporting content:
- How to find your first customers.
- How to improve customer retention.
- How to use SEO for business growth.
- How to create a marketing budget.
- How to increase conversion rates.
Then build another cluster.
Digital Marketing for Businesses
Supporting content:
- SEO basics.
- Local SEO.
- Content marketing.
- Link building.
- Social media strategy.
- AI in marketing.
Every article should support another article. That creates a stronger website architecture.
Why SmartSEO.com.ng Would Be My Choice for Rebuilding an Old Domain Like Incabizgrowth.com
Let me be direct here. There are many SEO companies.
Some will immediately look at an old domain and tell you:
“Don’t worry. The domain is old. We will rank it.” That is not how I believe domain rebuilding should work.
An old domain can be an opportunity. It can also be a liability. The difference depends on how well you investigate, clean up and rebuild it.
This is where SmartSEO has an advantage.
At SmartSEO we focuses on many areas that are particularly important when rebuilding an existing domain, including technical SEO, content creation, internal linking, keyword research and link building.
1. SmartSEO Starts With the Foundation
Before expecting rankings, you need to ask yourself this questions:
- Can Google crawl the website?
- Are important pages indexed?
- Is the site structure logical?
- Are there broken pages?
- Is the website fast enough?
- Are old URLs handled properly?
Our technical SEO service covers site architecture, loading speed, crawl issues and mobile performance.
For an old domain, this matters because you may be inheriting years of technical baggage.
2. SmartSEO Understands Content Beyond “Just Write More Articles”
One thing I like about the rebuilding approach is that content should have a job.
Every article should answer a search question. Every important page should connect to other relevant pages.
All content cluster should strengthen the main topic. SmartSEO’s content service describes a process involving content planning, updating existing content, on-page optimization and internal linking.
3. We Combines Technical SEO With Content and Links
This is another reason I would recommend SmartSEO for a domain rebuild.
SEO is not one thing. A website can have:
- Great content but poor technical structure.
- Great backlinks but terrible topical relevance.
- Great speed but weak content.
- Great keywords but poor internal linking.
SmartSEO combines technical SEO, content creation, local SEO and link building as part of its broader SEO offering.
A Real Example of the Kind of SEO Work That Matters
Check this SmartSEO examples of ranking improvements and case studies on our website, including our work around the keyword “price of Lagos to Abuja by road” and transport-related search visibility. These examples are published as one of our own case-study claims and should be understood as such.
The bigger point is the method behind the work.
The website emphasizes:
- Keyword research.
- Content clusters.
- Technical SEO.
- Internal linking.
- Link building.
- Continuous optimization.
Those are exactly the things I would want from an SEO company before handing over an old domain with years of history.

My Honest Verdict on Incabizgrowth.com
After looking at the available domain and website information, I would describe Incabizgrowth.com as:
An aged domain with an interesting history and potential, but one that would benefit from a clear SEO direction and a proper rebuilding strategy.
The domain’s original creation date of April 18, 2017 gives it historical age.
The January 31, 2026 updated date shows that the registration record was updated, but that date alone does not prove the domain expired or was re-registered by another owner.
The current website also appears to have opportunities for improvement in areas such as:
- Brand and topical focus.
- Homepage SEO.
- Content organization.
- Meta information.
- Topic clustering.
- Internal linking.
- Historical SEO investigation.
The good news is that these are fixable.
But the first step should not be:
“Let’s publish more random content.”
The first step should be:
“Let’s understand what this domain was, what it is now, and what we want it to become.
My Final Take On Incabizgrowth.com
This is my biggest takeaway from investigating Incabizgrowth.com.
Yes, the domain is old. Yes, the available record shows that its history goes back to April 18, 2017.
And yes, there was a recorded update on January 31, 2026. But those dates are only the beginning of the investigation.
The real questions are:
- What was Incabizgrowth.com originally built for?
- What content did it previously contain?
- What happened to its old backlinks?
- Did the domain change direction?
- Does the current website have a clear identity?
- Which old pages should be preserved?
- Which pages should be removed or redirected?
- What topic should the website dominate going forward?
That is where a proper domain rebuild begins.
And this is why I believe SmartSEO is a better choice than an SEO company that simply promises to “rank your old domain.”
